In the heart of Dubai Hills Estate, one of the UAE’s most exclusive neighborhoods, a luxury villa worth $20 million USD has quietly changed hands. On paper, the owner is listed as ‘Hari Shankar Tibrewala,’ an Indian businessman with limited public visibility. But sources confirm that the true financial beneficiary behind the transaction is none other than Zambian businessman and lawyer, Bokani Soko.
The villa, designed with high-end furnishings, private security, and full offshore anonymity, is allegedly a benami property—legally under Hari Tibrewala’s name, but funded entirely by Soko through a complex network of Zambian and Emirati shell companies.
